Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Summerville by IHG

The hotel was great! comfortable beds, ample sized room and bathroom, fresh towels and linens, great coffee bar! breakfast was good. But mostly I want to give a shout out to the staff, especially Shantera. When she saw that my two boys (young men) were disappointed that they didn't have a roll away bed and would have to share a queen bed, she offered us an upgrade to a suit with a pull out couch. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. she deserves a raise!

Overall my stay was very good. The room was a great size, bathroom facilities great, bed comfy television great and breakfast was awesome! Front staff very nice helpful and professional.

I liked that she gave us a room but the room smelled so bad like smoke. She did change it for us. THAT WAS SUPER SWEET, and gave us lots of detail if the hotel!

Breakfast was good. Real eggs would be better. Cinnamon rolls were excellent. The attendant was keeping the area very neat.
